These terms of sale apply to all offers from Sweetotmat.no, all orders you make, and all agreements we enter into with you in connection with products and services offered on this website. To shop in our online store, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you can get an adult, e.g. a guardian, to act for you.
The seller is: Sweet sport AS Org.nr: 826 680 792 Ringeriksveien 361, 3406 Tranby. Hereinafter referred to as Sweettomat, Buyer is: the person listed as the buyer in the order. Hereafter called the buyer.
Defective or damaged items(photo return).
If we send you the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or in poor condition, you can just send us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrectly delivered item and send it to post@sweettomat.no. In the message text in the e-mail, state the following: order number and a short description of the reason for return and whether you want a replacement item or refund. Submit the information within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that you are responsible for paying for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you return the items via a traceable method. If you return an item that cannot be sent by post, you are still responsible for paying the costs associated with the return.
In the event of a return, please contact us at post@sweettomat.no, state in the email to us what is to be returned, order number and whether you want a new item or the money back. Please enter your account number for the fastest possible processing. To get an approved return, the item must always be: Unused/as new and in original packaging. We will not process the complaint for the goods that are sent back used or without the original packaging.
It is then your responsibility as a customer to pick up the package within 14 days after the package arrives at the post office. If you do not pick up the package and the package is returned to us, there will be a cost for shipping / return shipping and a fee of NOK 650.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such a case, your only recourse is to get a refund of the amount you paid for a possible order (if any).
Sweettomat does our best to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, Sweettomat cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other information on the site are 100 percent accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free. If a product you buy from us is not as described, your only power is to return it in unused condition for replacement.
Sweettomat creates information about you related to our website. We store everything we need to order products from our website. The information is secure and we will not share it with others.
Sweetomat reserves the right to request a social security number when checking creditworthiness or date of birth for checking authority.
Buyer's personal information is only disclosed to others when:
- The buyer has agreed to the delivery.
- It is necessary to complete the order from the Buyer
- And in statutory cases.
All prices of our products are in Norwegian kroner, contain 25% VAT and any environmental fee. The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order and include all expenses associated with the purchase as expenses for postage, shipping etc. There are no hidden costs for shopping with us. Shipping costs for heavy goods must be checked individually.
When sweettomat has received the buyer's order, it must confirm the order without undue delay by sending an order confirmation to the buyer (it is often found in the Spam folder). It is recommended that the buyer checks that the order confirmation matches the order in terms of quantity, item type, price, etc. If there is no correspondence between the order and the order confirmation, the buyer should contact the seller as soon as possible.
By force majeure is meant extraordinary events that are beyond the control of the parties. Examples of this are natural disasters, floods, war, riots, strikes, etc. This clause relieves us of the responsibility for obligations that we are unable to carry out due to events beyond our control.
If you regret the purchase, this is processed according to the rules in the Right of Withdrawal Act. Remember to always contact us before sending a return shipment. Also remember that you bear shipping costs in connection with the return of the item. Returned goods sent in cash on delivery are not picked up.
The buyer is responsible for the use of the products sold on the website. The buyer has the full responsibility for the use of the products in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
Sweettomat reserves the right to change these terms, including as a result of changes in legislation
Stock items normally have a delivery time of 1-4 days (depending on postcode)
Items that are not in stock normally have a delivery time of 14 - 21 days.
Items made especially for our customers normally have a delivery time of 21 - 29 days.
According to Norwegian law, Sweettomat offers a 2-year warranty on all products with the exception of bulbs (6 months) and hydro / water systems (1 year).
Sweettomat sends your order in collaboration with Bring og Posten (does not send goods in letter form, as Norway Post is not responsible for any letters going astray).
Delivery time, and the price depends on the zip code, weight and size of the package.
Shipping costs will not appear if the trade ensures that the shipping weight exceeds 35 kg. You then get the shipping cost on request.
Sweettomat delivers goods only to customers in mainland Norway. Deliveries to Svalbard and abroad on request.
The purchase price can at your own choice be settled through bank, credit card or cash. When using a card, the purchase price will be reserved on the card when ordering.
